Patrick A. Reardon, Attorney at Law
Mr. Reardon has practiced law in Fort Worth and Dallas since 1977. During his career, he has advised all sizes of clients, ranging from individuals listed on the Forbes 400 Richest Americans™ to small businesses and their owners. He has experience over a wide range of industries, with particular experience in the energy industry.
Working closely with clients, Patrick Reardon emphasizes a “Bottom Line” approach. He understands the business consequences of the transactions and other matters in which he is involved. Also, he utilizes a team approach when appropriate, working closely with clients in-house accountants, outside accounting firms and tax advisors and other counsel.

Amanda S. Baker, Attorney at Law
Ms. Baker joined The Reardon Firm in 2005 following an exceptional academic career. Upon receiving her undergraduate degree, she was named the Highest Ranking Graduate in the college of Arts and Sciences in 2001 at Texas Tech University. While continuing to achieve academic success throughout law school, Ms. Baker obtained a unique perspective of the law while serving as an extern for the Chief Justice for the Western District of Oklahoma and gained valuable experience while clerking for an oil and gas firm.
